Intense blaze guts home in wooded area in Colorado Springs

A raging, two-alarm fire demolished a home surrounded by large pine trees in Colorado Springs early Friday morning.

So far, there have been no reports of injuries.

The fire broke out at 390 Wedgwood Crt., according to a 6:38 a.m. tweet by the Colorado Springs Fire Department.

The fire had already completely engulfed the home by the time firefighters arrived.
